Membership in The Blue Network is free with no corporate affiliation. Membership is by invitation only by the administrator or by members. It is not open to the public.

These are the rules for using this site:

1. Please be kind and respectful to other members.

2. Be resposible for your own content. There are no restrictions on political speech or words, however, be mindful that some members my be offended by certain language.

3. Please be patient with the site and the administrator. This platform is open source and run independently on a part-time basis.

4. The Blue Network is NOT liable for anything as this site was created by an individual for social purposes.
